City of Wilmington
I-95 / I-495 / Amtrak NEC
Delaware's largest city and the urban core of the Wilmington Metro Division. This region contains downtown Wilmington with Rodney Square, the Wilmington Riverfront (the revitalized Christina River district with the Chase Center, Delaware Children's Museum, and Tubman–Garrett Riverfront Park), the DuPont Building and Hotel du Pont, Trolley Square, Little Italy, the Market Street corridor, the Brandywine Park and Zoo, and Wilmington Station (Amtrak Northeast Corridor and SEPTA Regional Rail terminus). Wilmington is the seat of Delaware's Court of Chancery, making it the corporate law capital of the United States — over two-thirds of Fortune 500 companies are incorporated in Delaware.
