The eastern Wichita neighborhoods and Butler County suburbs along K-96 and US-54/Kellogg Avenue. East Wichita contains the city's most affluent neighborhoods (College Hill, Crown Heights, the area around the Bradley Fair shopping center). Eastborough is a small independent city surrounded by Wichita. Andover (in Butler County) is the largest suburb east of Wichita and home to Andover Central High School and the Andover Public Schools district, consistently one of the top-rated in Kansas.
