The two outer Toledo MSA counties: Wood County (anchored by Bowling Green, home of Bowling Green State University; plus Pemberville, Haskins, Weston, and Walbridge) and Fulton County (anchored by Wauseon, the county seat; plus Archbold, Delta, Swanton, and Fayette). This region offers small-city and rural-residential character with significantly lower housing costs than Lucas County and practical commuting distance to Toledo employment.
