Suncoast Pkwy North

The northernmost county of the Tampa Bay MSA, anchored by Spring Hill -- an enormous CDP of 113,000+ residents that dominates the county's population. Brooksville, the county seat, is a small historic city. Hernando County offers the most affordable housing in the Tampa Bay metro, with a mix of established retiree communities and newer family developments. The Suncoast Parkway provides a direct toll road connection south to Tampa, while US 19 and US 41 are the traditional north-south routes.
