The massive suburban corridor east and south of Tampa along I-75 and I-4. Brandon (pop. ~115,000) is one of Florida's largest CDPs and the commercial hub of eastern Hillsborough County. Riverview (pop. ~107,000) is among the fastest-growing communities in the state, stretching south along US 301. Valrico, Bloomingdale, and FishHawk offer family-friendly neighborhoods, while Plant City anchors the far eastern edge of the metro with an agricultural heritage and its famous Strawberry Festival. Temple Terrace, the county's third incorporated city, sits near USF.
