The outer Sioux Falls MSA counties plus northern and western Minnehaha County, including Dell Rapids (northern Minnehaha, a historic quartzite quarry town), Hartford (western Minnehaha), Humboldt, Crooks, Renner, Baltic (northern Minnehaha), Salem (McCook County seat), Parker (Turner County seat), Viborg, Marion, and Centerville. Most of the region outside the Sioux Falls urban core is rural-agricultural with small historic towns.
