Southeast King County

The foothill communities east of the Green River Valley, where suburban development meets Cascade Range recreation. Covington, Maple Valley, and Black Diamond offer newer construction and larger lots at lower price points than the Eastside, while Enumclaw and the Snoqualmie Valley towns (Snoqualmie, North Bend) provide small-town character with dramatic mountain scenery. The I-90 corridor links this region to Eastside employment centers in about 30 minutes, and Snoqualmie Pass ski areas are under an hour away.
