Palmer Ranch, Osprey & South Sarasota

The upscale south-central corridor stretching from Palmer Ranch south through Osprey to Nokomis along US-41 and the Intracoastal Waterway. Palmer Ranch (pop. ~15,000) is a sought-after planned community with championship golf courses, nature preserves, and proximity to the Legacy Trail bike path.
