South Valley

The rapidly growing suburban corridor in the southern Salt Lake Valley, anchored by Sandy and Draper along the I-15 spine. Sandy is the gateway to Little Cottonwood Canyon and home to the America First Credit Union Arena (Real Salt Lake). Draper, at the valley's southern tip, hosts the TRAX Blue Line terminus and the Silicon Slopes tech corridor. This region offers a mix of established neighborhoods and newer master-planned communities, with excellent freeway access and TRAX light rail service connecting to downtown SLC in about 30 minutes.
