North Marion County

The northern reaches of the Salem metro along the I-5 and OR-99E corridors toward Portland. Woodburn (pop ~30,400) anchors this region as the second-largest city in Marion County, with a vibrant Latino community and outlet shopping. Surrounding smaller towns like Mt. Angel, Hubbard, Gervais, and Aurora retain their agricultural and historic character. This area straddles the commute shed between Salem and Portland.
