Glen Allen & Northern Henrico

The northern arm of Henrico County along the I-95 and US-1 corridors, anchored by Glen Allen (pop. 16,187) and extending toward Hanover County. This zone includes the Innsbrook corporate corridor to the west and newer residential development around the Glen Allen area. Chamberlayne (pop. 5,581) and Dumbarton (pop. 8,506) are inner-ring CDPs bridging the city boundary to the northern suburbs. Lakeside (pop. 12,203) is a charming inner-ring community known for its walkable commercial strip along Lakeside Avenue and proximity to Bryan Park and Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.
