The Hudson River band of Orange County. Anchored by the City of Newburgh (a historic Hudson River port city, home to Washington's Headquarters at the end of the Revolutionary War, and the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge crossing I-84), the Town of Newburgh (a separate municipality including the Stewart International Airport, SWF), New Windsor, Cornwall and Cornwall-on-Hudson, and Highlands (home to West Point and the United States Military Academy and the village of Highland Falls). The region is the gateway to the Hudson Highlands, including Bear Mountain State Park and Storm King Mountain.
