The southern portion of Bucks County along the Delaware River and the SEPTA Trenton Regional Rail Line (toward Trenton, NJ). Anchored by Levittown (the 1952 planned community and the first mass-produced American suburb), Bristol Borough (a historic 1681 Delaware River town), Bristol Township, Morrisville (opposite Trenton NJ), Fairless Hills, Croydon, Tullytown, Penndel, Langhorne (home of Sesame Place theme park), Feasterville, Trevose, and Bensalem. The region is the closest Bucks County area to both Philadelphia and Trenton, with multiple SEPTA stations connecting to Center City in 30-40 minutes.
