Palm Bay & South Brevard

The population center of the Space Coast. Palm Bay (pop. 119,760) is the largest city in Brevard County and one of the fastest-growing cities in Florida, stretching across a vast land area west of the Indian River Lagoon. West Melbourne (pop. 25,924) is a rapidly expanding retail and residential hub along the I-95/US-192 interchange. Malabar (pop. 2,949) is a semi-rural equestrian community south of Palm Bay. Grant-Valkaria (pop. 4,509) is a small waterfront town on the Indian River at the county's southern tip. The region is anchored by Melbourne Orlando International Airport and connected by I-95, US-1, and Babcock Street.
