The established suburban corridor north of Orlando along I-4 and the SunRail commuter rail line through Seminole County. Altamonte Springs and Casselberry are inner-ring suburbs with mature tree canopies and shopping centers. Lake Mary has become a corporate employment hub with AAA and other headquarters.
