The northeast suburban corridor along Stage Road and I-40, encompassing the city of Bartlett (pop. 57,786) and the community of Cordova. Bartlett is an incorporated city with its own schools, police, and parks -- consistently ranked among Tennessee's best places to live. Cordova, largely annexed by Memphis, centers on the Wolfchase Galleria area and newer subdivisions east of Germantown Parkway. Together they form the largest suburban population cluster in the metro, offering family-friendly neighborhoods, big-box retail, and easy I-40 commuter access.
