Oldham & Shelby Counties

The outer-ring suburbs and exurbs northeast and east of Louisville along the I-71 and I-64 corridors. Oldham County (La Grange, Crestwood, Pewee Valley, Goshen) is consistently ranked among Kentucky's best school districts and highest-income counties. Shelby County (Shelbyville, Simpsonville) offers more affordable land with a small-town feel along the I-64 growth corridor. Both counties are among the fastest-growing in the MSA.
