Westside

The affluent coastal and near-coastal communities west of downtown LA, including the independent cities of Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Culver City, and West Hollywood. The Westside is the heart of LA's entertainment industry, tech sector (Silicon Beach), and some of the most expensive real estate in the country. The E Line light rail connects Santa Monica to downtown LA, and the D Line Purple Line subway extension is bringing new stations to Wilshire Boulevard through Beverly Hills and Century City.
