West Knoxville & Farragut
Kingston Pike W
The established residential corridor stretching west from Bearden along Kingston Pike through Cedar Bluff to the Town of Farragut and the Northshore-Choto lakefront. Kingston Pike (US 11/70) is the primary commercial spine, paralleled by I-40/75. West Knoxville includes some of the metro's most desirable addresses -- Sequoyah Hills with its Tudor-style homes near the river, the Bearden village district, and the planned community of Farragut (pop. 23,500) with top-rated Knox County schools. The Turkey Creek shopping district and West Town Mall anchor retail. Fort Loudoun Lake provides waterfront recreation along the southern edge.
