Northeast Harris County

The Lake Houston corridor northeast of downtown, including Humble, Kingwood, and Atascocita. Kingwood's 14,000-acre master-planned layout earned it the nickname 'The Livable Forest,' with 75 miles of interconnected greenbelts. Atascocita has grown past 100,000 residents along the western shore of Lake Houston. The area benefits from proximity to George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and access via US-59/I-69 and the Grand Parkway. New Caney and Porter extend the growth corridor into western Montgomery County.
