Carlisle, Shippensburg & Western Cumberland

The western portion of Cumberland County along the I-81 corridor. Anchored by Carlisle (the Cumberland County seat, home to Dickinson College — founded 1783, one of the oldest colleges in the US — and the Dickinson School of Law, the Carlisle Barracks and the U.S. Army War College, the United States Army Heritage and Education Center, and the annual Carlisle Events car shows). The region also includes Newville, Shippensburg (straddling the Cumberland/Franklin county line, home of Shippensburg University), North Middleton Township, South Middleton Township (including Mount Holly Springs), Dickinson Township, Middlesex Township, Monroe Township, Penn Township, and Lower Frankford.
