West Fairbanks & College

The western side of the Fairbanks metro, anchored by the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus and the College CDP -- the borough's second-largest populated place. This region extends into the Goldstream Valley and up Chena Ridge, offering a mix of student-oriented housing near campus, established residential neighborhoods, and rural homesteads with sweeping views.
