The immediate southern suburbs of Dover, anchored by the twin towns of Camden and Wyoming along US-13 just south of the city line and served by the Caesar Rodney School District. This region includes Magnolia, Woodside, Viola, Frederica, and the bayshore village of Bowers (Bowers Beach). The area combines the Caesar Rodney school catchment with proximity to downtown Dover and easy access to DE-1 for commutes both north and south.
