LSU & South Baton Rouge

The area surrounding Louisiana State University and extending south through the established residential neighborhoods of Southdowns, University Acres, Kenilworth, and Gardere. Highland Road serves as the central spine, connecting the LSU campus to upscale communities along the southern edge of East Baton Rouge Parish. The Bocage area and Country Club of Louisiana anchor the luxury end of this corridor. Jefferson Highway runs west toward the river.
