The rapidly growing corridor north of Austin anchored by Round Rock, Georgetown, and Cedar Park along I-35 and US-183. Round Rock is the largest suburb in the metro with over 135,000 residents and a major employment base including Dell Technologies headquarters. Georgetown, the Williamson County seat, has been among the fastest-growing cities in the nation. Cedar Park and Leander, connected by the CapMetro Red Line commuter rail, have exploded with master-planned communities. Liberty Hill further west draws buyers seeking Hill Country acreage with Williamson County schools.
