US-30 White Horse Pike / US-40 / NJ Transit ACL

The inland western portion of Atlantic County, along the White Horse Pike (US-30) and Black Horse Pike (US-322) corridors toward Philadelphia. Anchored by Hammonton — the 'Blueberry Capital of the World,' producing a significant share of the nation's blueberries — and the smaller communities of Buena, Buena Vista Township, Folsom, Mullica Township, and Egg Harbor City. This region is almost entirely within the Pinelands National Reserve and is characterized by pine forests, cranberry bogs, blueberry farms, and historic small towns. Most residents commute either east to Atlantic City or west toward Camden and Philadelphia.
